execute double side block to break the hold

execute double front punch to the center of the chest

execute double front kick to the knees or groin

Front Push
​
Opponent:
Opponent pushes your chest
Defender:

Step back in fighting stance, left leg forward

Offensive (R Leg) kick to the groin

step down w/RT foot in the front of opponent

Back fist (R Fist) to the temple

Reverse punch (L Fist) to solar plexus

cover off (Keya)
Front Bear Hug
Opponent:
Wraps both of their arms around the front of you locking both of your arms down to your side.
Defender:
-
Step back (R Leg)
-
Chop to waist with both hands
-
grab at waist
-
R knee to groin
-
R leg back (keep firm hold on opp.)

L elbow to face in a back stance
-
