Grabs student by the shoulders from the front

Defender:

Scream "NO LET ME GO!"

execute double side block to break the hold

execute double front punch to the center of the chest

execute double front kick to the knees or groin

run away

Front Push
​
Opponent:
Opponent pushes your chest
Defender:
-
Step back in fighting stance, left leg forward
-
Offensive (R Leg) front kick to the groin
-
step down w/RT foot in the front of opponent
-
Back fist (R Fist) to the temple
-
Reverse punch (L Fist) to solar plexus
-

Front Bear Hug
Opponent:
Wraps both of their arms around the front of you locking both of your arms down to your side
Defender:
-
Step back (R Leg)
-
Chop to waist with both hands
-
grab at waist
-
R knee to groin
-
R leg back (keep firm hold on opp.)

L elbow to face in a back stance
-
cover off (Keya)
Front Choke
Opponent:
Grab defender’s neck with both hand from the front
Defender:
-
L hand goes between their hand
-
Join R hand to L (over opp. L arm)
-
Step back w/Rt leg as you break down with your hands to your Rt side
-
L back fist to opp. L temple
-
R hand palm heel to nose
-
R Leg offensive front kick to groin placing foot back in original position

Back Bear Hug
Opponent:
Come from behind locking your arms around defender’s body trapping their arms down to their side.
Defender:

L foot stomp
-
Drop down into a deep horse stance
-
Same time thrust elbows up to break hold
-
R elbow to the solar plexus
-
L elbow to the solar plexus
-
R bottom fist to the groin
-
R back fist to the face
-
Step out with R leg

Back Bear Hug
Opponent:
Come from behind locking your arms around defender’s body trapping their arms down to their side.
Defender:

Double Wrist Grab
Opponent:
Grab both wrists.
Defender:

Circle palms; Pull back to break hold
-
While stepping forward w/Lt leg chop to the neck

Grab the neck bring opp. head down to your R knee

Keep hold of neck w/Lt hand R elbow to face

Cover off (Keya)
Back Grab
Opponent:
Grab neck from behind.
Defender:
-
Half turn backwards, sliding R foot behind L foot
-
While turning; R hand over both arms of opp. (Grabbing above elbows)
-
Locking tightly while pulling opp. arms up high; L punch to ribs

L punch to face
